Community support

We answer members and visitors about programs, services, prayer times, and locations, on WhatsApp, by email, or through other channels. We use the information you provide, and we pass any question that needs your input back to your team.

Technology support

We keep your website updated with announcements and events, share posts on Facebook and other channels, and look after domain, hosting, and email from the changes and approved content you send. We can maintain the site you already have, or create a standard one at no additional cost for announcements, events, prayer times, location, programs, and services. An existing site stays in place unless you ask for the standard site instead.

How it works

1. Send the request on WhatsApp, by email, or through another channel arranged with us.
2. We answer, update, or publish from the material you have provided.
3. If we do not have the answer, or the reply needs your judgment, we pass it to your team.

Your team stays in charge

Jamaah does not replace the musallah. Members and visitors still belong to your community. We use the information you provide, and we do not invent answers, announcements, or posts.
